Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement (DMCA / DSA)
We respond to copyright infringement notices that comply with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA") for U.S. users and the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) ("DSA") for users in the European Union.
To report copyright infringement, submit a notice to us (see contact information below). A valid notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) allegedly infringed
- Identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it (e.g., a link)
- Your contact information (name, postal address, telephone number, and email if available)
- Statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- Statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."

Submit notices through: Support ticket system
For DMCA notifications of claimed infringement, you have the option to send a proper and complete notification of claimed infringement to our company at the mailing address listed above. Please note that processing will take longer for regular mail than use of the online form.
All copyright-related communications (notices, counter-notifications, appeals) should be submitted through the support ticket system above. Incomplete notices may not be effective. Knowingly false claims may result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees).
Counter-Notification Procedures
If material was removed by mistake, submit a counter-notification to us (see contact information above). A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location
- Your contact information (name, postal address, telephone number, and email if available)
- Statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification."
- Statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which the Site may be found) and will accept service from the person who provided the complaint."
Content may be restored if the original complainant does not file a court action within ten (10) business days. Knowingly false counter-notifications may result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees).
