Vero Scribe is for clinicians who want to reduce the time spent documenting patient visits. It turns recorded conversations, typed notes, or uploaded files into structured clinical note drafts, including SOAP notes, progress notes, histories and physicals, and discharge summaries. Clinicians can use existing templates or create their own, adjust the format and level of detail, and let the app adapt to their writing style based on edits. Vero also supports patient instructions, referral letters, and filling PDF forms with visit information. Notes can be reviewed and edited in the app, then exported or printed. It is designed for use across clinical specialties and supports in-person and telehealth workflows.
