PerfectBot was an AI support agent for ecommerce teams using the Gorgias help desk. It handled customer questions using information from help centers, previous support tickets, Shopify product details, store policies, and blog content. For issues it could not resolve, it could hand tickets to human agents. Teams could also customize the bot’s name, avatar, greetings, and handover rules, and manage its responses within Gorgias. PerfectBot ceased operations on September 30, 2025, so the service is no longer available.
