KidKare is for family child-care providers, child-care centers, and CACFP sponsors who need to manage food-program records and prepare meal reimbursement claims. Providers and centers can record children’s attendance and meals, manage enrollment forms, and enter daily menus. The software checks claim data for potential errors before submission and helps keep records and reports organized for program reviews. Centers can also plan menus, create menu templates, estimate food quantities, review milk usage, and produce menu and attendance reports. Sponsors can use KidKare to review provider records and process claims. It is designed for organizations participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), rather than for general-purpose child-care management.
