Mark Pricco, a CPA who also owns three tax offices, developed Automated Tax Office Manager in 2003. He realized that his office needed a solution to resolve operational struggles and help manage daily processes. With extended use, he discovered that what works for his office would also work for other offices. This discovery has led to the expansion of sharing his software with other business owners like himself.
