Účto+ is an online accounting and business document management system for entrepreneurs and accountants. It helps users digitize accounting documents, organize invoices and receipts, and maintain a searchable electronic archive accessible from any location. The platform supports electronic invoicing and provides a centralized overview of business documents, payments, due dates, and related records.

With Účto+, users can create quotations, advance invoices, tax documents, credit notes, invoices, and delivery notes. Documents can include payment QR codes, logos, signatures, customizable layouts, templates, and embedded ISDOC or UBL data. The system also supports invoice tracking, payment records, automatic payment matching, document filtering, search, and communication with colleagues or accountants for individual documents.

The digital document archive stores issued and received invoices, cash receipts, contracts, attachments, and related orders or payments. Documents can be shared with accountants, colleagues, or auditors, sent directly to clients, downloaded as PDF or ZIP files, exported to Excel, or transferred in XML format for selected accounting software. Users can upload documents manually or by email, while the Účto+ Scanner mobile application for iOS and Android helps capture accounting documents on the go.

Security features include SSL-encrypted communication, two-factor authentication through an authenticator application, passwordless login using biometrics or a USB key, data storage on dedicated servers, and offline backups of the complete business records.
