iBauDoku

iBauDoku is a construction documentation app for site managers, architects, project managers, and other construction professionals. Available on iPhone, iPad, and the web, it helps organize project information, record daily site activities, monitor progress, and maintain structured documentation throughout the construction process. The app includes digital construction diaries, acceptance reports, construction defect management, photo documentation, BauKG safety reports, weather data, project phase tracking, and PDF report export. Users can add photos with annotations and metadata, record site conditions and progress, manage project participants, assign defect priorities, track statuses and deadlines, and create professional reports with images, signatures, and company branding. iBauDoku supports offline work on iOS, allowing projects, reports, photos, and progress information to be stored locally when an internet connection is unavailable. Data can also be backed up or transferred through JSON export and import, iCloud, or cloud-based synchronization. With the web version, projects, participants, reports, and related media can be accessed and synchronized across supported devices. Optional AI assistance can help improve report text using OpenAI or Google Gemini with a user-provided API key. Overall, iBauDoku provides a structured solution for digital construction site documentation, project coordination, defect tracking, safety reporting, and PDF-based record keeping.
