Lethub removes steps from the property management process with these steps: 1) Lethub takes lead data from your email. 2) River (our AI) takes that data and begins talking to the lead. 3) River answers questions about the property and prompts the user to book a tour. 4) River adds the tour information to the lead's calendar and your agent's calendar. 5) River follows up with the lead before the tour to confirm they will attend. 5-5) Optional - we offer lockboxes that house the keys to the rentals. 30 minutes before the scheduled tour, applicants will get a time-sensitive one-time code to access rental keys. They will then tour independently and return the key to the lockbox before leaving. 6) River will check in with applicants and ask if they are ready to sign a lease. Additionally River will ask the applicant to review your company. LetHub integrates with Yardi, RealPage, Buildium, Outlook, and Gmail. It only takes 3 calls to have Lethub fully integrated with your team, and after that, the only emails you will receive will be tour bookings and units booked.
