Supanote is for therapists and other mental health professionals who want to spend less time writing session documentation. It turns recorded sessions, dictated summaries, or uploaded audio into draft clinical notes for in-person and telehealth appointments. Psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, coaches, and group practices may use it to prepare documentation for review after a session. Choose a SOAP, DAP, intake, or treatment-plan template, or create a custom format. You can set preferences for tone and style, then edit the generated note using plain-language instructions. Supanote supports automatic language detection and transcription in more than 120 languages. After reviewing and approving a note, you can copy it into an EHR or download it. Supanote says recordings are deleted after processing and personal identifiers are removed from transcripts and notes. Its website lists HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA, and GDPR compliance. Generated notes are drafts, so clinicians should review them for accuracy before use.
