Sounding Board is for organizations that want to develop leaders across teams without coordinating coaching and mentoring programs manually. Learning and talent teams can set up and manage programs for employees at different levels, using internal coaches and mentors or Sounding Board’s coach network. Programs can include one-to-one coaching, group coaching, mentoring, and on-demand support. Participants can work on development goals, track progress, and message coaches between sessions. Administrators can match coaches, coordinate programs, and use dashboards to monitor participation, goal progress, and leadership development across the organization. It may suit companies looking to extend coaching beyond senior executives and track how development programs are progressing.
