Sigsync

For Microsoft 365 organizations that need consistent branding and centrally managed email signatures, Sigsync lets administrators create templates and assign them to users with signature rules. Its web dashboard provides a central place to design and update signatures with employee details, logos, social links, banners, and legal disclaimers; user information can be populated from Azure Active Directory. Administrators can apply signatures on the server, use the Outlook add-in to insert them while composing, or combine both approaches. Server-side processing adds signatures to messages sent from different email clients and devices, while the add-in supports Outlook desktop, web, Mac, and mobile. Depending on the organization’s settings, users can preview or select signatures in Outlook.
