Shoppers comparing products can use Reddit Scout to get a quick overview of what Reddit users say without searching through discussions themselves. Enter a product or category, such as coffee makers, and it finds highly rated comments related to the query and summarizes the discussion. Summary pages can include pros, cons, overall impressions, and links to the Reddit posts used, so readers can check the original conversations. Results may not always match a query precisely; refreshing a summary loads newer comments. Reddit Scout is also available as a Chrome extension, with quick Reddit searches and product-review summaries, including integration with Amazon.
