Meet-Ting is a free AI assistant that books meetings over email and WhatsApp - the way they actually happen: fluid, human. Ting in CC - Drop Ting into any email thread. It handles context, schedules, sends invites, and reschedules when things change. Ting on WhatsApp - Ask when you’re free, move meetings, or let everyone know you’re running late, all with one text. Meet-Ting turns messy emails and texts into booked meetings and saved memories to manage important relationships better. Old meeting tools made us schedule like machines: click a link - pick a time → fill out a form → confirm. But with the magic of AI, we don’t have to work that way anymore. Software can finally conform to us - our rhythms, changes, and (chaotic) calendars. Meet-Ting was founded by Dan Bulteel - former Global Head of Social Media at TikTok/ByteDance and previously Head of Social Media at adidas - and Mariana Prazeres, Co-Founder & CTO, an AI engineer and former researcher with deep expertise in LLMs, deep learning, and applied mathematics since 2017. Together, they combine a career of connecting people with AI precision and technical depth - rethinking how technology understands and manages our time.
