Kivii

Kivii is for independent garages, repair workshops and automotive businesses that need to manage customer bookings, workshop jobs and billing in one place. It runs in a browser, so staff can access the system from the office, workshop or home. Use the calendar to schedule work by day, week or month, then give mechanics job sheets with customer and vehicle details. Kivii also manages customer and vehicle records, quotes, invoices, parts inventory and stock alerts. It tracks APK inspection expiry dates and can email customers a reminder eight weeks beforehand. Optional modules support vehicle buying and selling and online appointment booking; integrations connect with selected accounting, vehicle-data and parts-supplier services.
