Ballast

Ballast is for sales teams, agencies, and other businesses running one-to-one outbound email campaigns from their own mailboxes. It brings lead management, sending, and reply handling together, so teams can build and manage cold email outreach without switching between separate tools. Connect Google, Microsoft, or other email accounts, import leads from a CSV or supported sales tools, and create multi-step sequences with personalized fields and message variants. Ballast sends at a controlled pace, can pause campaigns when bounces rise, and brings replies from connected mailboxes into one inbox, where teams can sort and answer them. Out-of-office replies can pause a sequence, and unsubscribes stop further messages. The platform also includes mailbox warmup, domain monitoring, and a domain checker for email authentication records and blocklists. Open tracking is off by default, and messages include one-click unsubscribe. Teams can also use the REST API, webhooks, or MCP tools to connect Ballast with other software or let supported AI assistants prepare and manage outreach, with confirmation required for sending actions. Ballast is designed for outbound prospecting, not newsletters or transactional email.
