Accountable

Accountable is for vacation rental and short-term rental managers who need to track team spending by property and get expenses into owner statements and accounting records without re-entering them manually. Staff can use Accountable cards or connect supported business cards, then submit receipts and tag a property or work order through a text link. Managers can set spending limits, restrict merchant categories, review transactions, and apply rules to fill in accounting details. Accountable also provides bill pay and syncs expense data with supported property management systems and accounting software, including options such as Guesty, Breezeway, QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage Intacct. It is designed to work alongside a manager’s existing PMS and accounting system, rather than replace them.
