It started with a dream… Literally. Don Robertson, Creative Director of STAX. dreamt about a black hoodie (with a blue logo for him and a pink logo for her) and thought, why not bring it to life?

Growing up, fashion, art and media was always a passion for Don who in the small town of Sasolburg in South Africa confidently danced to the beat of his own drum. While his classmates spent their teenage years running havoc in the streets, Don was working long hours in the Nike factory and his love for retail grew.

Moving to Perth, Australia in 2007 Don saw a gap in the market for flattering, classic and modern active / leisurewear and tried his hand at his own design. Years later, STAX. is one of the most influential brands in Perth, let alone Australia, with a team made up of hard working, dedicated individuals who share the same vision.

STAX. is more than just a clothing brand, it’s a way of life, a community and a culture.
