The Journey of the Spanish Words

Embark on a 5-stop journey through the Spanish-speaking world guided by words in the Spanish language. Discover how the uses and definitions of words from The Royal Spanish Academy's Spanish Language Dictionary can vary depending on the country you are in. This experiment is based on the corpus of words from The Royal Spanish Academy's Spanish Language Dictionary. BERT, a Google Artificial Intelligence language model trained in NLP, was used to find similarities in the definitions of the words and make connections between them. In this way, it analyzes how different words used in different geographical areas are related to each other, creating a visual representation of the richness and diversity of the Spanish language and its cultural adaptability in different Spanish-speaking regions.
