ValueMate is for residential real estate appraisers who want to capture property details in the field and carry them into report preparation. Use the mobile app to record a narrated walkthrough, take and organize property photos, sketch floor plans, and enter inspection details. The app can save work offline and sync it to a ValueMate account when a connection is available. In the web workspace, appraisers can organize assignment documents and property evidence, access MLS and public-record information, search for comparable sales, and use AI to fill report fields and draft commentary. Review and edit the suggested information, then validate and export reports, including UAD 3.6 forms. ValueMate supports the reporting workflow; the appraiser reviews the evidence and remains responsible for adjustments, reconciliation, and the final opinion of value. The mobile app requires a ValueMate account and organization. It may suit appraisers or appraisal teams seeking a connected field-inspection and report-preparation workflow.
