QuickMap

QuickMap is a California traffic information map that displays real-time roadway conditions on the state highway system. It combines traffic speed data with information on lane closures, full closures, CHP incidents, highway condition notices, changeable message signs, camera snapshots, and chain control requirements. The service also includes tools and reference layers for travelers and commercial vehicles, such as rest areas, park-and-ride lots, truck routes, and weigh stations.

The interface is centered on an interactive map with layer controls, location search, zoom and pan tools, and map view options. Users can turn information categories on or off to focus on the details they need, and select markers to view additional incident, closure, or roadway status information. QuickMap is designed as a real-time traffic resource for checking road conditions and planning travel, rather than as a turn-by-turn navigation app.
