Olo

Olo helps restaurant brand teams and authorized store staff manage online ordering across multiple locations from one dashboard. Users can review open and past orders, check sales and order metrics, update menus, prices and item availability, and adjust store hours, order capacity or online-ordering status. The dashboard also includes order and guest reporting, tools for processing eligible refunds, and settings for delivery and integrations. It is intended for restaurant operators and administrators whose organizations use Olo; access is assigned by the restaurant’s Olo administrator. It is an operations portal, not a consumer app for placing restaurant orders.
