Menso is an AI usability testing tool that helps teams examine how visitors may navigate a live website. Create a test by entering a site address and choosing a task template, such as purchase intent or sign-up and login, or provide materials to guide the test. An AI user then visits the site in a cloud browser, clicks and types through the task, and records where it succeeds or gets stuck. Review a step-by-step replay showing what the AI user saw, did, and expected, along with a TRACES score that summarizes the run across six dimensions. Menso can help identify potential website usability issues and UX friction without recruiting participants for an initial test. Its simulated results are exploratory and do not replace feedback from real users.
