Launch 360

For HR teams, organizations, leadership coaches, and leaders seeking structured feedback, Launch 360 helps assess how a person’s leadership is experienced by colleagues and how that compares with their self-assessment. Run the assessment online without installing software, inviting the person being assessed and reviewers such as peers, staff, and senior leaders to provide feedback. The survey covers executive presence, leadership, staff management, relationship management, social awareness, and communication. Administrators can monitor survey completion and download a PDF report after the survey closes. Ratings from other reviewers are aggregated in the report, while administrators cannot view individual responses. The results can help identify leadership strengths and development priorities. Organizations can also add a custom section with organization-specific questions alongside the standard assessment.
