Fido is for customers who want to keep track of their Fido mobile or internet account and handle routine account tasks from a smartphone. Sign in to check mobile data, talk and text usage, see your balance, view bills and payment history, and make a payment. You can also manage eligible services, including changing a mobile plan or adding and removing add-ons. Account holders have access to more account-management features than subscribers on additional wireless lines. The app is not available to prepaid customers.
