For people sending parcels or managing deliveries, Evri helps arrange drop-offs or courier collections and keep track of parcels in transit. Book a delivery in the app, choose a ParcelShop, Locker or collection from an address, and follow progress using the parcel’s tracking code. You can also find a nearby ParcelShop and arrange returns to participating retailers. If you’re expecting a parcel, use the app to check tracking updates and, when available, delivery confirmation details. You can divert eligible deliveries to a neighbour, safe place, ParcelShop or Locker, and save delivery preferences such as a preferred neighbour or safe place. Evri Video lets senders add a video message to a parcel.
