DemiSignal is for domain owners, email administrators, and deliverability teams who need to check email authentication settings and understand which services send mail using their domain. Its one-off domain check reads public SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records, flags potential configuration issues, and provides a health score without requiring an account. It diagnoses DNS settings but does not change them or show where a specific message was delivered. For ongoing oversight, paid plans schedule DNS checks, alert users to record changes, and collect DMARC aggregate reports sent to a private reporting address added to the domain’s rua setting. Reports help identify sending sources and review message counts, SPF and DKIM alignment, and receiver dispositions. The reporting address does not change the domain’s DMARC enforcement policy. Free tools include SPF and DMARC record generators and a DMARC report analyzer. The analyzer displays the sources, authentication results, and receiver actions in a single report; it processes the report in the browser rather than uploading it. Ongoing report collection and monitoring require a paid plan.
