Billpad is for freelancers, small businesses and independent sellers who need to prepare billing documents without setting up an account. Create an invoice by entering your business and client details, adding item descriptions, quantities and prices, and setting payment terms and a due date. Add a logo, tax rates for individual lines, discounts, shipping or fees, and payments already received; totals and the remaining balance update as you edit. Choose from more than 40 currencies, adjust the layout and download or print the document as a PDF. Billpad also provides separate tools for estimates and quotes, proforma invoices and receipts, plus a batch invoice tool that turns spreadsheet data into a set of PDFs. Drafts and saved documents in the individual editors stay in your browser, where you can reopen them or export a CSV record. Billpad makes documents for you to send; it does not email invoices to clients or process payments.
