Anyfile Notepad

For developers and other Google Drive users who need to read or edit plain-text files in a browser, Anyfile Notepad provides an editor for code, scripts, and configuration files. Open files from Google Drive through its file picker or Drive’s “Open with” menu, then create new text files or save edits to Drive. A built-in file explorer helps you browse files, and the app supports Google Drive revisions. The editor includes syntax highlighting for more than 100 languages, Vim and Emacs modes, and 32 themes. It can display files that weren’t designed as text, but binary content—such as PDFs, images, and Word documents—will appear as unreadable characters rather than as a formatted document. Anyfile Notepad is intended for text editing, not for editing office documents or other proprietary file formats.
