Partee is for hotels, hostels, holiday rentals, rural accommodation and other tourism businesses that need to collect and manage guest registration details. Staff can use it for in-person check-in or send guests an online check-in link so they can enter their information and sign on their own device without installing an app. Partee creates guest registration forms and can submit the required information to the relevant Spanish authority, including SES.Hospedajes, the Mossos d’Esquadra or the Ertzaintza. It also stores records for later reference. Accommodation managers can import and manage reservations, track upcoming check-ins and follow up with guests who have not completed their forms. An optional feature lets businesses prepare admission or information documents for guests to review and sign.
