FMClarity

FMClarity was borne from decades of direct experience in managing commercial property. Too much of that time was spent dealing with inadequate and overly complex systems. It wanted—needed—something that was simply better.

Early on in its discovery phase, it determined that too much focus was placed on managing assets rather than services—even as assets became cheaper and labor became more expensive. All of its time and stress came from managing the service side, whereas new assets were relatively straightforward. Beyond that, it wanted to do away with an old, 90s-era design language that seems to persist, despite the fact that everyone is using slick consumer apps on their phones.

FMClarity has a single mission: to create simple, yet powerful, intuitive software that makes the job of managing facilities and compliance dramatically easier than anything else in the market.
