(2) Customer relations analysts who use call centre recordings or e-mails sent directly by customers or verbatims from opinion surveys. (3) Auditors who check the accuracy of a company's or organisation's accounts and whose work leads them to analyse all kinds of contracts (sales contracts, employment contracts, commercial leases, etc.). (4) Some lawyers, because they have to consult numerous legal or regulatory texts or case law. This is also the case for lawyers responsible for ensuring that their company complies with all laws and regulations. (5) Specialists in certain fields related to the defence and protection of property and persons or to justice.
