Along is a collaborative workspace for complex B2B sales. Like a virtual desk between sellers and buyers, the tool connects all stakeholders in a single interface. A shared task list (Mutual Action Plan) is used as a central guideline for all content as well as participants or other information of the deal. Using tracking and analytics, sales reps get completely new insights into the buyer behaviour and can better understand at which point they have to optimize or why prospects are churning.
