It sources decisions from the German Federal Patent Court (Bundespatentgericht, BPatG), the German Federal Supreme Court (Bundesgerichtshof, BGH), the General Court of the European Union (EGC) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). Our multi-step and individually adjustable search function facilitates quick and flexible searching.
