Shiftie

Shiftie is scheduling and HR software built with with a focus on the user experience. Core features within the system include shift and schedule templates, open shifts, visitor number integrations, and integrated time clocks with automated timesheet creation. This ties in with HR management tools allowing for the tracking of employee availability, absences, and assigned documents. Availability and leave records feed through to the schedule, allowing for intelligent scheduling, and the system provides a range of options for filtering and colour-coding the rota to make shift management easier. Integrations with online ticketing provider DigiTickets allow users to view pre-booked visitor numbers on their schedule, aiding intelligent schedule planning and minimising over or understaffing. The system is a cloud-based progressive web app hosted on AWS.
