Availability and leave records feed through to the schedule, allowing for intelligent scheduling, and the system provides a range of options for filtering and colour-coding the rota to make shift management easier. Integrations with online ticketing provider DigiTickets allow users to view pre-booked visitor numbers on their schedule, aiding intelligent schedule planning and minimising over or understaffing. The system is a cloud-based progressive web app hosted on AWS.
