NikaTime

NikaTime is a time tracking chatbot for teams.

NikaTime asks your team members only one question a day: What did you work on today? She then gathers that information and creates accurate Gantt charts and reports so you can bill clients, keep track of projects, and present reports to your team to make informed decisions.

Up-to-date reports are available at any time - you can use them to assess your company’s productivity, see how your resources are spent, and assess projects’ profitability. You can download the reports and pass the data to your company's billing software.

NikaTime was created as an internal project at Impossible, a team of creatives spread across 4 studios and 3 continents. It was named after Nika, Lisbon's studio manager, who was responsible for tracking projects and people, and reporting them to Impossible's CFO. After NikaTime helped to sort out work reporting at Impossible, it ran on more than 6000 Slack teams around the world, helping them gather accurate information about their team's performance and make informed decisions.
