PinMy is a mobile-first visual collaboration app for construction and AECO teams.
Open a floor plan, a site photo, a walkthrough video or a 3D IFC model. Tap the exact spot where the issue is. Leave a voice note, a photo, a video or text right there. Voice notes are transcribed automatically and become searchable, so a colleague who was not on site can still find what was said and exactly where.
Everything captured on site becomes a PDF report in one tap. Export the full record, or filter it by status, by assignee, or by day. The evening spent writing up the day from photos and memory disappears.

It needs no training, no desktop CAD and no BIM licence. If a person can send a voice message, they can use PinMy.
