Encompassing Visions

Encompassing Visions is a job and talent evaluation software system that efficiently and thoroughly collects job information using an internationally copyrighted multiple-choice job questionnaire. Detailed information about each job is then integrated with ENCV's proprietary HR processes. As a result, significant technological assistance is provided to organizations in developing job classification results that ensure pay equity compliance; conducting employee performance reviews based on what each incumbent is specifically paid to do; identifying the highest priority (job-specific) coaching and training needs; recruiting and posting; and succession planning—reducing operating costs and enabling superior execution of these HR processes.
